Hardwired reflects concepts that humans are hardwired for connection on multiple levels. The visual experience of the exhibit conveys connections physically, socially, historically, emotionally, and elementarily. We have used different media and scale to communicate some of the links contributing to the sensitivities and complexities of the human relationship with the world. Beginning with the human connection from sea to earth in a historical context to the social dynamics and connection to our physical bodies, our inner workings are revealed in a never-ending loop.
