The collections below represent selected restaurant menus and ephemera from the collection of Imogene Lim. The majority of these items are associated with Chinese restaurants, primarily in Canada and the United States, but also other locations.

Many items from the collections below were featured in the Museum of Vancouver's exhibition "All Together Now: Vancouver Collectors and Their Worlds" [2016-2017].
