Abstract
This project is created to help improve one of the foundational relationships within the classroom. The relationship between the teacher and SEA is one that has a direct impact on both the learning environment and actual success in learning for students with special needs. To improve these relationships, focus needs to be placed on communication, understanding of the roles, and creating collaborative working environments.
